Lerato Mokhethi is a South African born creative professional and Freelance Photographer.

Based in Cape Town, he works as a Communications Officer in the Global Strategy and Visibility team based at the University of Cape Town Research Office. Being a trained social media specialist and skilled digital native, he manages various websites and social media accounts for UCT Research as well as the UCT International Academic Programmes Office.

Having started out as a Business Science student he fell in love with the concept of marketing and PR in the digital age. After 2 years of studying towards finance qualification, he switched to a BA degree specialising in Multimedia Production in the UCT Centre for Film and Media Studies.

As a photographer and aspiring artist he is drawn to creating portrait and landscape images that create moments of pause and contemplation.
